Features and Applications

Actmix LHM/GE is an environmentally friendly low-odor comprehensive accelerator. It has good dispersibility in rubber compounds, can increase the vulcanization rate of the compounds, and has a long scorch time. It can avoid scorching and blooming phenomena in rubber products. Compared with products vulcanized with traditional accelerators, it has a faster vulcanization rate and a longer scorch time, will not release carcinogenic nitrosamine compounds during the vulcanization process, and the rubber compound vulcanized with LHM/GE has a high cross-linking density and good anti-aging effects. It is suitable for rapid sulfur vulcanization systems, as well as extruded and molded products such as sealing strips and sealing rings.

Detailed introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 2-7 phr.
Applications: Extruded and molded products.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, with a net weight of 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
